From culinary student, to cook, to whatever the future holds
I attended the Seattle Culinary Academy Fall 2010 through spring of 2012. I offer to you a brutally honest and transparent look at the life of a culinary student, line cook, deli cook, and general student of life.
Things sometimes get weird, or dark, or gross. I have no qualms sharing my cuts and burns. I wear the scars on my arms (and heart) with pride.
Above all, I believe in not holding back in the hopes that others will feel comfortable sharing their own feelings with myself or others. There is strength in expressing yourself.
